Too noisy. Faulty quality!

I want to return my riser. The noise level is unbearable, but my washer was quiet before this riser was installed. The riser top vibrates too much. It appears to have no internal support. It is THE WORST!

I am very frustrated with this riser. My washing machine was perfectly quiet for 4 years before I bought this riser. Once the riser was installed, the noise level is out of control. The installers came back to adjust it, but it was perfectly level and well-installed. The repair man came to check it out, and he said that the top panel on the riser is vibrating, which is causing the noise. How can this be fixed? I will try to attach the video. I would like to return this riser, as the noise level is unbearable!

Leveling bolts are not shipped with the unit and not part of the kit.
It™™s required but not shipped as a part. Need to buy them separately.

I have a few items I would like to see changed on the washer & dryer
1. The end of cycle notifications would be nice if they were louder, (can barely be heard) my previous machines both had nice loud end of cycle notifications that I could be heard at the other end of the house.
2. the pedestals need to be resized. currently there are two sizes. one is too short,(no drawer) the other is too tall (has a drawer, but makes it too tall to go beneath my cabinets...there needs to be an in between size, with a drawer.
3. If a smaller in diameter dryer vent could be incorporated, the machines could be placed closer to the wall...currently I have to have the units 12" from the wall, which looks odd and takes up extra space in the room.
Otherwise, I'm enjoying the washer's Ultra Fresh Vent System and the fact that I can place up to 50 ounces of liquid laundry detergent in the well for automatic dispensiing. The dryer seems to dry my clothes, a lot faster. Overall LOVE IT
